Thank you for being willing to play on Wednesday evening for residents at Stone Ridge Poplar Run. I am certain they will enjoy you & what you've prepared. Your arrival should be by 6:20 so that we know everyone is available & ready to play. Please note which entrance to use as seen in the picture to the right. This is the East Entrance where someone is expected to be at the door to allow you access.
Please do not park in resident spaces but against this building (picture below) or facing 422. That's not wonderfully descriptive but maybe it will make sense.
Unlike last year I will have simple programs to hand out to all. If there are siblings that are coming that would be willing to be the hold doors or hand out programs, please let me know.
Dress nicely, modestly & neatly. I know seniors would appreciate that.
There are about a dozen students participating. That's it. We should be done before the hour is up. Thanks for taking the opportunity to play & your willingness to share with others.
